THE RESTAURANT

Our restaurant serves traditional Tuscan cuisine, offering local produce and traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation.

Savour seasonal dishes such as the “panzanella” (Tuscan bread salad) in the summer and the “ribolita” (peasant soup) in winter, the prized Tuscan white truffle, Tuscan pecorino cheese and cold cuts of meat from our valley.

Try our homemade pasta with traditional sauces such as wild boar or duck.

And of course, the Queen of all meats, T-bone steak Florentine!

Leave room for the magnificent homemade desserts created by our chefs Fabio ad Manuel, who are passionate about looking after every single dish in our varied menu.

The dishes are accompanied by a perfect selection of Tuscan and Umbrian wines.

Guests are welcomed in the summer under the outdoor porch overlooking the gardens and pool, and in winter in the old cellar with a roaring log fire.
