Our restaurant serves traditional Tuscan cuisine, offering local produce and traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation.
Savour seasonal dishes such as the “panzanella” (Tuscan bread salad) in the summer and the “ribolita” (peasant soup) in winter, the prized Tuscan white truffle, Tuscan pecorino cheese and cold cuts of meat from our valley.
Try our homemade pasta with traditional sauces such as wild boar or duck.

Guests are welcomed in the summer under the outdoor porch overlooking the gardens and pool, and in winter in the old cellar with a roaring log fire.
